NEPT is proud to have executed the Post-Tensioning (PT) works for the Surat Diamond Bourse, recognized as the world’s largest office building. Spread across 35+ acres with a massive built-up area of approximately 66–70 lakh sq. ft., this landmark project in Surat, Gujarat, consolidates India’s diamond trading industry under one roof and can accommodate over 67,000 professionals.

The complex features nine interconnected towers rising up to 15 storeys, designed with a central spine for seamless connectivity. We provided specialized Bonded Post-Tensioning Systems for the slabs, enabling longer spans, thinner floor depths, reduced concrete and steel consumption, and faster construction cycles while maintaining structural efficiency and economy at this enormous scale.

This prestigious project showcases NEPT’s capability to deliver high-performance post-tensioning solutions for mega-scale commercial developments. Working alongside PSP Projects, our contribution helped achieve the structural strength, speed, and cost-effectiveness required for this iconic global landmark.
