We have very strict mandate to offer the most safe durable and efficient solutions and we have well established techniques and systems to offer Prestressed Carbon Fibres to repairs and retrofitting works.

Basalt Fibres are in process to be tested at our state of art Lab and a most intelligent testing facility. We have tied up with academic institutions to offer us back up to come up with the basalt fibres as prestress reinforcement in replacement to steel.

Nandish leads business development and innovation at NEPT, delivering projects across five continents in prestress engineering, construction methods, cable-stayed structures, structural accessories, and structural repair and maintenance.

His work spans civil infrastructure, buildings, skyscrapers, industrial plants, power facilities, offshore platforms, transport systems, and sports structures.

He drives the organisation with clear strategy and constant improvement in processes and execution.

With an M.Tech and multiple papers presented at PTI, PCI, and ACI USA, he serves on PTI committees M10, M55, and DC 110. This enables early adoption of global prestressing standards, strong micro-detailing, and informed business decisions.

Pre stressing and advanced construction methods reduce material costs by approximately 18 to 22%. In buildings and parking structures, it cuts concrete usage by 18% or more, reducing CO2 emissions by about 1 tonne per 28 m² of floor space.

The company continues research on corrosion protection, fatigue resistance, and durability against radiation and chemicals to extend structural life.
